Limited Warranty

United Static Control Products, Inc. expressly warrants Circuit CG modular static control carpeting in accordance with the terms stated below for a period of 15 years from date of invoice: Circuit CG is warranted against excessive surface wear (defined as a loss of more than 10% by weight of face fiber), edge ravel, backing separation, shrinkage, stretching, color loss (due to normal exposure of indoor lighting), loss of electrical conductivity (static control performance) and loss of anti-microbial effectiveness. If the product fails to perform as Warranted, United Static Control Products will correct the problem in the affected area either by repair or (at its option) replacement with comparable product, at no charge.

Warranty Exclusion

This warranty does not cover tears, burns, cuts, pulls, deterioration, problems or loss caused by neglect, misuse, abuse, improper installation, improper maintenance, flood, use on stairs, damage from sunlight, excessive concrete vapor emissions nor excessive concrete alkalinity. Concrete moisture and pH testing are not the responsibility of United Static Control Products Inc and related issues are specifically excluded from this warranty. This warranty shall be deemed void if product is not handled, installed and maintained in strict compliance with United Static Control Products recommended procedures and instructions including (but not limited to) initial substrate preparation and material installation. Further, this warranty does not cover damage nor problems related to use of non recommended adhesives. United Static Control Products recommends ElectraTech/Resource 2450 conductive liquid adhesive with all Circuit CG carpet installations. The foregoing warranty is made in lieu of all other product warranties expressed or implied, including merchantability and fitness for particular purposes which are specifically or indirectly disclaimed.

Limit of Warranty

In no event will United Static Control Products, Inc. or seller be responsible or liable for special, incidental or consequential losses or damages, whether based on tort, contract, or the use of (or inability to use) the product. Replacement of material does not include removal of existing flooring, installation nor preparation of substrate. Before using the product users shall determine the suitability of Circuit CG for their intended use. The user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith. Fulfillment of United Static Control Products, Inc.'s warranty obligations will be the customer's exclusive remedy and United Static Control Products, Inc. and seller's limit of liability for any breach of warranty or otherwise.
