United SCP Incorporated expressly warrants that for a period of (5) years from the date of purchase ElectraGuard ESD Epoxy floor paint will fully meet United’s posted manufacturing specifications (including hardness) and further meet normal (defined as foot traffic) serviceable duration wear resistance.  ElectraGuard ESD Epoxy is fully Warranted for lifetime electrical conductivity that as applied, on bare unsealed concrete, with no topical sealers will fully comply with S20.20-2007, method 97.1 (technician / heel grounders and flooring combination resistance of <3.5E07) or method 97.2 (tribo-charging of <100 V and resistance to ground of <1.0E09). Within the Warranty Period, the product will be replaced at United SCP’s discretion. Unused defective products must be shipped prepaid to United SCP’s factory. All returns must include RMA number plus invoice copy, packing slip or other proof of purchase from United Static Control Products Incorporated.  This number may be obtained by calling United’s customer service department at 719 676 3928 (option 1).

The foregoing warranty is made in lieu of other product warranties expressed or implied, including merchantability and fitness for particular purposes which are specifically or indirectly disclaimed. This Warranty will not apply to defects or damage due to unusual abrasive wear situations, chair caster wear, scratching, neglect, misuse, standing water, concrete vapor emissions above 5 lbs per 1000 sf over a 24 hour period, failure to properly maintain coating or improper installation techniques caused by not following posted directions.

In no event will United Static Control Products, Inc. or seller be responsible or liable for special, incidental or consequential losses or damages, whether based on tort, contract, or the use of or inability to use the product. Replacement of material does not include removal of coating nor preparation of substrate. Before using the product users shall determine the suitability of ElectraGuard for their intended use. The users assume all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith. Fulfillment of United Static Control Products, Inc.'s warranty obligations will be the customer's exclusive remedy and United Static Control Products, Inc.
