Short Form Performance Specifications
ElectraFloor Titanium Series semi gloss permanently esd conductive solid vinyl industrial flooring product. Roll goods may be used as mats or flooring.
Titanium Series ESD Flooring is manufactured in the European Union for United Static Control Products Incorporated, PO Box 19252, Colorado City CO 81019. The material shall be manufactured as a co- extruded 4' 6" x 66' x .080 gauge sheet or 24" x 24" x .080 gauge tile with a hard wear resistant esd conductive top layer and a flexible full surface esd conductive supporting layer in a semi gloss finish.
ElectraFloor Titanium Series meets or exceeds the requirements of Federal Specifications LF-475a and SST-312b for flexibility, dimensional stability, resistance to reagents and residual indentation.
Meets latest standard of S2020: ANSI/ESD STM97.1-2006 Resistance to ground in combination with Operator / Heel Grounders / ESD Flooring.
While most esd flooring materials rely on mere conductive adhesives or a sprayed on grid work of carbon to maximize conductivity, Titanium features a full surface electrically conductive backing bonded to a hardened top
