United Static Control Products, Inc. expressly warrants that for a period of (2) years from the date of purchase, the SL-001 ESD Bench Top / Overhead Ionizer will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, fully meet or exceed United’s posted specifications and provide compliance to the latest standards of ANSI/ESD S 20.20-2007 when tested in accordance with STM3.1.

Within the Warranty Period and at the discretion of United Static Control Products, defective ionizers will either (1) be repaired, at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts or (2) United Static Control Products will exchange the product with an ionizer that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent or at most comparable to the original product in United's current inventory or (3) refund the original purchase price of the product on a 24 month prorated basis.

These remedies will only be available for units inspected by United Static Control Products, evaluated as containing a manufacturing deficiency and are limited to the warranty exclusions and limitations as presented below. United warrants replacement ionizers provided under this warranty in defects and workmanship, compliance to posted specifications and compliance to the standards of ANSI/ESD S 20.20-2007 when tested in accordance with STM3.1 for the remaining portion of the original products warranty.

When an ionizer is exchanged the replacement ionizer becomes your property and the replaced ionizer becomes the property of United Static Control Products Inc. If a refund should be issued your ionizer becomes the property of United Static Control Products. Defective items must be shipped prepaid to United Static Control Products’s repair facility and must include an RMA number plus invoice copy, packing slip or other proof of purchase from United Static Control Products, Inc. The RMA number must be obtained by calling the United’s customer care department at (USA) 719 676 3928.

United Static Control Products shall have no liability to the customer for and including but not limited to lost profits or any special, consequential, exemplary or incidental damages of any kind whether arising in contract, tort, product liability or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such lost profits or damage. Customer also agrees to indemnify and hold harmless United Static Control Products for and including but not limited to damages, injuries or deaths of any kind and / or for any reason from the use or misuse of this product as purchased, supplied, manufactured or brokered through and / or by United Static Control Products.com Inc. This warranty does not apply (a) to damage caused by accident, dropping, abuse, neglect, misuse or lack of preventative routine maintenance.

Routine maintenance does not require opening of housing. The breaking of manufacturing seal on housing voids all warranty obligations. (b) ionizers that have been modified without the written permission of United Static Control Products, or (c) if any serial number has been removed or defaced. This limited Warranty does not cover shipping charges to return defective product to United Static Control Products, labor charges for installation or set up of ElectraFlow Ionizers, adjustment of customer controls to the ionizers, product repair and or part replacement due to improper installation, maintenance, connections to improper voltage supply, power line surges, lightning damage, water damage, damage by fire or product cosmetic appearance items due to normal wear and tear of the ionizer .

This warranty does not cover modification or adaptation to enable it to operate in any country other than the country for which it was designed nor cover failure to operate the unit as designated by the owner's manual. This warranty does not cover the cleaning or replacement of air filters or work light bulbs (if so equipped). Before using this device users shall determine the suitability of the ElectraFlow SL-001 for their intended use. The user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith. Fulfillment of the United Static Control Products warranty obligation will be the customer's exclusive remedy for any defective unit. The foregoing warranty is made in lieu of all other product warranties expressed or implied, including merchantability and fitness for particular purposes which are specifically or indirectly disclaimed.
