Powerful resistance to the most aggressive wear situations. Superb esd static conductive conductivity (<1.0E06 resistance to ground). UltraTough; extremely heavy-duty industrial grade carpet manufactured with a 50 oz. solution dyed ASOTA highly UV stable, colorfast Olefin staple fiber, blended with a graphite conductive fiber. The proprietary Fiber-V-Loop double needle manufacturing process anchors the fibers securely to an exclusive conductive rubber backing for ravel-free edges and the utmost in physical and electrical performance. UltraTough provides excellent sound absorption qualities and anti-fatigue properties.

Available in roll form (50' X 6.6'), UltraTough can be installed permanently with our Conductive Liquid Adhesive or semi-permanently with our United 2000 Releasable Adhesive Tape or our new 2k4 liquid conductive adhesive (perfect for access flooring, leased facility's or clients that may wish to change the configuration of the install area at a later date).

ESD conductive <10⁶ ohms Berber is an industrial carpet designed for extra heavy commercial traffic. It is used in ESD static control areas such as electronics manufacturing, military, telecommunications, or sensitive data processing centers.

Manufacturing Technology
Non woven double needling technology from branded staple extrusion dyed olefin and graphite conductive fibers. Total Weight: 75-80 ounces per square yard! Acrylic dispersion primary with fully conductive rubber backing.

Composition:	Fiber blend 18-140 dpf olefin branded ASOTA staple fiber with graphite conductive fiber absent of scrim or interliner. 50 ozs / sy face weight, 1700 g/m²
Binder:	Acrylic dispersion with conductive additives. 8.0 ozs / sy approx., 300 g/m² approx
Backing:	Heavy Black conductive rubber. 20 ozs / sy approx., 700 g/m² approx
