A unique, highly wear resistant, static control floor finish specially formulated to STOP those nagging ZAP's while providing the high luster and low maintenance expected from a professional grade floor finish No need for "special" application procedures, DiamondShield's superior metal cross linked, urethane enhanced polymers will impress the most discriminating floor care professionals. Expect the best at a competitive price (about the same as non-static control finish)! DiamondShield's excellent leveling and low sudsing properties allow for easy application (even when applied in thin coats) and will dry quickly to a beautiful mirror gloss. DiamondShield's extended durability and resistance to powdering reduces the necessity for costly stripping, accepting recoats while providing excellent gloss with no reduction to it's exceptional static control properties. |

How is static generated in my environment? Tribocharging (contact and separation) between non conductive floor finish and insulative shoes (tennis shoes for example) can generate a static potential far exceeding 5000 volts. Tribocharging can also be generated by the contact and separation of nylon wheels (rolling carts) over standard floor finishes. The problem is exasperated in dry winter months allowing your floor to accumulate dust and your clients to experience static shocks when touching metal racking, cooler doors, virtually any grounded metal object. . |

| How
does it work?
DiamondShield works by increasing the conductivity of your floor allowing accumulated static charges to spread across the floor (rather than build up on the floor and your clients) and dissipate harmlessly via the metal columns and devices located throughout your facility. Working in conjunction with a tough metal cross linked urethane enhanced polymer DiamondShield stops static in it's tracks while resisting the floors ability to attract dust. |

APPLICATION
& MAINTENANCE Best results are
obtained when the finish is applied to surfaces that are 60o F or warmer. Remove old finish or wax with a high
quality finish stripper. Mop up or vacuum the stripping solution and rinse
the floor thoroughly with clean water. Optimum appearance and gloss is
obtained with five coats of finish. Apply thin even coats, allowing the
finish to dry for approximately 30-45 minutes, depending on humidity and
temperature, between coats. Recoating
existing finish:
Wash the floor with a neutral cleaner and allow it to dry. Apply thin even
coats, allowing the finish to dry for approximately 30-45 minutes.
